Every organization aims to deliver high level of customer satisfaction
and that means not only delivering the perfect products but also after
Sales Services for proper functioning and utilization of
previous offerings.
If a customer has questions, which
Fetcch cannot answer for e.g. either irrelevant questions or
questions which are out of
bound, then Fetcch will guide
customer to schedule an appointment.
Fetcch will live in multiple online platforms at the same time. For
example, the very same Fetcch
would be deployed to Bank's
website an IM application or its
application for mobiles chatting
to millions of people at the same time.
In one of the Survey of 210 people
we found that nearly 52 % of
Internet Savvy Users prefer getting
answers to their query without
making a call to customer-care.
Fetcch is a "virtual chat", where an automated online assistant will attempt to answer commonly asked questions for customers via Web browser or through Mobile.
Fetcch will provide customers with links to other Web pages, with answers to their queries using text and explanatory images, as well as helping customers through various application forms, such as those for home loans and others.
If customer at a particular point in an application gets stuck, Fetcch will provide specific guidance to them on how to process further and if they are unable to reach their desired section on bank website it will help them to reach there."
